Workshop Specifics
Duration: The workshop itself takes approximately 2 hours, with additional time for setup and breakdown.
What's Included: We provide a comprehensive experience, including a variety of engaging calligraphy activities, all necessary equipment, and expert instruction.
Open to All Levels: Whether your staff are beginners picking up a dip pen for the first time or seasoned calligraphers looking to expand their skills, this workshop is designed to cater to everyone. Our instructors will guide you through the fundamentals or introduce you to new techniques, ensuring a rewarding experience for everyone.
Location Flexibility: We offer the convenience of hosting the workshop at your preferred venue. This could be a dedicated meeting room at your office, a comfortable conference space, or a spacious gathering area within your company.
Groups of 5 or less: £240 minimum charge.
Groups of 6-10 people: £45 per person.
Groups of 10-15 people: £35 per person

Our workshops are designed to be engaging and informative for participants of all skill levels. We typically start with an introduction to the materials and basic techniques of calligraphy, followed by guided practice sessions where participants can learn and refine their skills. We also offer creative prompts and exercises to encourage exploration and expression through calligraphy.

We require a well-lit and spacious room with enough tables and seating for the participants. Ideally, the room should have access to water or a sink for cleaning materials or washing hands. If not available in the workshop space itself, access to nearby restrooms is sufficient. We're happy to discuss specific arrangements if needed, ensuring a comfortable learning environment.

In most cases, we provide all the necessary materials for the workshop, including calligraphy pens, paper, ink and handouts. However, for advanced workshops or specialized sessions, we may recommend additional materials, which we will communicate clearly beforehand

The ideal workshop size depends on the space available and the desired level of interaction. We can comfortably handle small groups of 5-10 participants and can adapt our approach for larger groups up to 20 depending on the venue's capacity and layout.

While we don't offer catering directly, we are happy to accommodate your preferred catering arrangements. Many venues can provide light refreshments or snacks for workshops, and we can adapt the workshop schedule to allow breaks for these.
